Just under a week, I believe. Five or six-days, if I remember correctly. Sorry for the incomplete answer but maybe that will give you close ballpark until someone more knowledgable comes along...

It is 6 days, plus 6 or 7 hours. Using Eastern time, it starts at 5 or 6am on the first day and then ends at noon or 1pm on the final day.

Not before Tuesday at the earliest. They will not start it on a weekend and they will not start it on a Monday, because then it would end on a weekend. Going by past starting days, it is likely on Tuesday or Thursday of next week. Since the next event is already going on the Beta server, they can't delay the FA beyond that or the the Live start of the event would be too close to the end of the FA.
