~ 1200 pts. for cities over 100,000
~ 1000 pts for cities under 100,000
2. Neighbourly visits 3 times/week
3. FA optional
4. No cross tier trades
5. Boosted goods only, trade for the rest. NOTE: nb goods allowed for events & Fellowship Adventure
