Using Elvenstats, (6) M.Residences, 36 expansions.... at CH5
13.8 coin badges per day is possible easily. There are many
FA only setups, that earn 1 badge type only.

FAs are by default, team oriented events. With proper planning
and execution its like a puzzle. Assemble the right pieces, in the
right places, by the right players.... FAs become easy-peasy.

Do we fault players, playing a GP only strategy, in reg events ??
No, we don't..... so we cannot fault players for doing the same
thing during FAs, and be focused on 1-2 badges.....

Sure, but during a regular event, I don't think a chapter 2 player should get 20x as many grand prizes as a chapter 12 player...

but we were talking FAs, I just made the analogy.

Then we have ppl "parked" in all sorts of Chapters
for various reasons. Add to that "strategies" that
are targeted to address specific roadblocks.
Being parked as I am is a choice with both positives and negatives. I can't help as much in the FA as I could if I made a shanty town, but I can make enough bracelets to cover the needs of the FS. I can go deep in the tourney so that helps for other badges too. But, coins are a real problem to make at ch 16 level and I have to accept that fact. I don't see it as an issue if a player in a lower chapter can make more of one badge than I can I see it as an overall strategy of knowing your FS and its capabilities and trying to maximize them.

Isn't that the real power of a FS, to maximize its capabilities and its rewards?

It sounds to me like the FS's FA Rank was more important than the FS members.
Even going for rank, a FS doesn’t need to rush. The FA behemoth that always wins on my server on EN always sandbags and they can pile 120k points or more. They easily can climb 40k in a day after putzing around for awhile.
They are not optional in some FS, they are mandatory or you get asked to leave or get booted.
Joining that FS is optional though ;)

Yep. Sounds simple to me: not a good fit. Whether this is due to actual game play or communication styles (including failure to communicate), still boils down to: not a good fit. While simple, I do understand finding a good fit is not easy for the FS or the player. For me, both the player and the FS sound like they need to look for better fits. No fault, no blame. Best of luck to all!

Another good reason to get rid of [FA] and come up with something else.
We don't need Inno to get rid of FA and we don't need a feature that prevents AMs from pulling the flag.

The whole topic is between the two parties and should stay that way. There’s a chance they could resolve things privately…. There won’t be with everyone’s opinions in the mix. There doesn’t have to be a right or a wrong , it could just be a simple misunderstanding.
Yes, but the discussion here could help other FSs going through the same thing or help to avoid this situation.

i think my top 3 things to work on/change/improve with the FA would be:
1. Improve the prizes and/or prize structure. Perhaps implement a leagues-type system so that FS compete against similar sized FS. Kinda like college sports.
2. Revise the pit to allow ALL badges created to be used (somehow). There are plenty of differing options and suggestions. But removing the X+X+X to get 50 pts would be the goal.
3. Find methods to make it truly more about TEAM play than about which eager beavers can dump the most badges and SPEED through everything. (thoughts about making waypoints specific to goods boosts, allowing AM to "lock" waypoints and/or paths, allowing waypoints to be assigned to a member, blah blah).

I'd MUCH prefer that they shift it to more of a spire rewards structure where a FS earning X points gets Y prize. Right now the ... questionable... practices employed by some FS aren't a major issue because they're just competing for crumbs and bragging rights but with real prizes on the line something would have to be done.
To this end, having a FS reward for each and every spot on the map would be an excellent start.

While I sympathize with #2 (I always have leftover badges, often more than I've used), so far it's a big part of #3.
If you don't organize who is building which badges, you struggle with the x+x+x.

And I took your analogy one step further which broke it:

There's nothing wrong with focusing on 1 badge in FA​
There's nothing wrong with focusing on GP in an event​
BUT​
A chapter 3 city is way better at making bracelets than a chapter 13 city​
A chapter 3 city is NOT way better at getting GP in an event​

So, your comparison of FA badges and event GP is flawed.

We don't give chapter 3 cities the ability to get hundreds of GP,
so why allow them to get 100s of bracelet badges?

so how many provinces does that CH13 city have ?
What is the max T1 level per the CH13 research ?

Ghost badges cost 4 provinces.
a CH3 player with 8 open gets 2 badges per round.
a CH13 player prolly has min 32 open or 8 badges per round.

We don't give chapter 3 cities the ability to get hundreds of GP,
so why allow them to get 100s of bracelet badges?
Why give the CH13 player 4x ghost badges per round ?

Inno even decreased the req for like 5-6 lower CHs,
and I cannot find that darn post, Soggy..... I did find
the post Jackluyt posted, So .......

My CH5 city, 1/2 way thru the CH, the req's are
4.4k marble and 924k coins. I took that city to E.Architect
and the max marble is L15, and housing is L15.

Easily with M.Residences and L15 Marble @ full Boost,
and @ 170% culture..... No MMs or any other buffs....
made 6 coin badges and 48 (max is 64) Bracelets .... per day.
( 24 total Marble bldgs ) if MMs are used, thats 72 (96max) per day.....

Tell ta what Soggy, you tell me your highest CH acct's CH,
your max marble lvl, max house lvl, be honest...... because
It seems even a CH5 player you will say is too low, So I wanna
see just what can be done for that high CH player.
(edit, I also need # of total expansions you can have )

Also human/Elf makes a difference, but there's a huge difference
between an average city and a hyper focused city, in making ANY
amount of ANY badge.

No Badge is equal Soggy, there's a dongle for them all ....

Then Soggy, I tried my CH 5 city ..... as is + expansions...
I was able to ( using lvl4 marble ( 196 of them ) get
17 bracelets/3hrs , or realistically 102/day ....

So you don't even have to use max T1 bldgs.....
