Kudos to the game-runners for making the FA start questionable again. It was getting tiresome knowing it would start Thursday after an Event finishes.

But wait! It still could!

Who else thinks a Thursday 29May bombshell is about to drop?
It coud be, but it's called June FA on the iDavies site, so I hope for June 5th (or 4th if it starts on Wednesday again). Whatever date is chose, I do hope for a 3 day warning to have a decent chance to reorganize when I home from work. Less is not fair to the players who have a fulltime job.

The iDavis thing is an intriguing piece of this puzzle, but since the FA would extend into June I think that label could still be applied.

As the main dataminers on Beta always say, until the date is actually put into the game files, anything else is just a guess. And it is not in there yet. I think iDavis us just going by the standard of the FA not starting until the week after the event ends, which would put it in the first week of June.

Also, don't forget about the release of chapter23. If Inno sticks to their normal 2-week gap between Beta and Live release of chapters, we will get chapter 23 before the FA starts.

We will get an update of the game in a few minutes, so maybe it will be in the gamefiles after that.

Logged in to the results of the garden event and the announcement for the next event (fa)... Never $#%^&* ending...
While im glad they have us an exact date notice for the FA so we can prepare... we still have next to no time off between events. Technically its a 5-6 day interval. Which isnt much all on its own. But considering you need time to work on your city to get it ready (depending on how much you do) and the 2 days to start the statues ahead of time... Thats 3 days worth of prep for FA's. Which mean our actual time off is 2-3 days. Its absolutely exhausting...

Well I hope this helps, my tables are up to date for version I, please read the Scrolls of Knowledge here.
Analysis: Brews, Carpenters, and Arcane Residue is up across the board.
Witch's Hat and Elvarian Guard badge numbers are down.
Badge numbers were shuffled around, Orange path is down by a lot, Green path is down by a bit, and Blue path badge counts are way up.
Some other badge numbers had minor tweaks here and there.

WooHoo Luckily I have succeeded in rearranging at least 7 of my live cities for upcoming FA.

Here is a Chapter 18 example, this town now only has 5 teleports left, so it participates less intensively in the FA.
However, it is happy to be able to continue using the settlement during FA. :)

Maybe I will even upgrade that portal during the FA. I hope my fellows will not recognize me selling a baby manufactory for this. :D

And here is another Chapter 18 example, the "young" Team Spirit settlement has completely been sold in order to rebuilt it after the FA.
This city still got lots of Teleports and could have prepared much more but I decided to stop at 170 baby manufactories.

Another fa done. And the usual problems are mostly the same. Aside from the UI updates that need to be made....

Badge of horror this round for my fs: Residue.
No shock there. Not the first time thats showed up as head of the list. Ever since the spire screw job last year, ppl dont have cats and possibly frags to be wasting on random stuff to get badges with. They dont have enough for there normal city operations since they screwed up the aw upgrade costs.. much less extra to be wasting on the FA. So i cant fault them at all for not wanting to use resources on residues. Ppl just continue making only the things they need, if it shows up, and what ever badges can be made form it, so be it. - We skipped two waypoints on map 3 because of the residue costs. And we ended in the pit on needing residue.
This is nothing new. Been that way ever since inno screwed up spire and aw. After all this time of not fixing it, its clear they dont care.

Honorary mention for Badge of horror.. Coin.

Seriously? Why are we doing this every single fa? In what world is a single waypoint of 300 points worth nearly 100 coin badges?????

Probably thee most idiotic thing to have to say...
As mentioned earlier; Ever since the AW upgrade cost change combine with the spire screw job on catalysts... most aw's are just sitting around, full, because ppl cant afford to upgrade them. Some ppl are trying to fill there aw's as slowly as possible because once its full, they have no room. And since inno keeps adding these 'donated kp' quests to events, and 'kp badges' in the FA.. ppl need room in there aw's for donations other wise they get screwed over and possibly locked out of events. THESE TWO STATEMENTS DO NOT WORK TOGETHER. THEY WORK AGAINST EACH OTHER!!!
Aw kp instants are gathering dust because using them is more harmful to a player then helpful.
Ppl giving kp prizes or such are causing more harm then being helpful.
Players donating for a shot at a shard are causing more harm then being helpful.
Anyone!!! Donating anything!!! That you did not ask for!!! Causes players more harm!!!!!!!!!
How the hell is this still going on after a year ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
We have literally been talking about how this point was inevitable from the moment the update happened. And inno did nothing about it. They didnt undo there screw up. They didnt fix the screw up. They didnt 'change other things so it balances out in time' as they claimed.


Youll notice that all three of these badges mentioned that have become far more of a PITA are not because they are 'more challenging' or anything like that. They are all from inno screwing up the systems in the game! They have had a ~year+ to fix this stuff. They didnt. They failed. So inno. Get of your asses and FIX IT!

i did notice the badge UI is now going in order when you collect them instead of backwards'

Also worth noting: Participation on my server.
583 Fs's total:
108 Bothered to get the bare minimum points to complete one path on each map for basic prizes.
Thats 18.5% of the fs's that did at least the bare minimum.
Thats 72.5% that figured this fa wasnt worth there time or effort.
