Not until around a week of so after the current event ends, so you have a lot of time left to wait.

watch the announcements portion of the forum. As soon as she can Helya will post the announcement for the start date. There will also be a countdown that pops up on your play screen
I suspect it will be either tues. or thurs. this coming week.
