Suggestion: I think it would be beneficial for the Arch-mage and mages have a membership away clock. This way you can tell how long a member is not online playing the game. Example: I am playing a pirates game and they have a clock that tells when the member was playing the game last Example: today, Yesterday, 3 days ago 2 days ago etc.. This clock can be added to the Fellowship window next to each members name this way no one will boot anyone without good reason.
Right now our Archmage just logs screenshots of the fellowship members' points and has to calculate if their points have changed from week to week to monitor activity.
