I just noticed that too. Good thing our important communications were in msg and not chat.

True story! I am annoyed chat got erased. I would be genuinely pissed off if messenger got erased!

The response I got from Support was 'Sorry, everything was lost when chat had a glitch and nothing can be recovered'. My fellowship was not amused, especially the new members who'd just joined and had been given useful tips.
I was wondering what people think about having a fellowship noticeboard where FAQs and tips could be posted. I know one of Inno's other games has this function, so I know it's possible to do. it would certainly act as a backup to the current problem, which I don't think is actually fixed yet.

This has happened periodically for me. Maybe not in quite a while, but I know it has happened before. We always try to migrate or duplicate very useful info to the message system.

Plus the chat will only show the last 100 messages anyway, So important stuff posted to chat will be lost quickly if you have a talkative group.
