Fight and Win 3 Encounters Quest

For a while after the battles had changed I stopped seeing the 'Fight and Win' quest. Then it showed back up about a week ago. But yesterday it started showing up twice - back to back. Yes, they are declinable and that part is good, but not sure why I'm seeing two of them and not only twice, but back to back.

Is that happening to anyone else?
