Forgotten Dwarf Building

Seems that one of the key Dwarven needs has been forgotten. How can all our hard working new guests endure and grow prosperous without their much beloved BEER!. The very first Dwarven cultural building should have been a brewery! I can just see small animations of dwarves rolling beer barrels down the street. Why, would it not be fitting if one of the Dwarven Ancient Wonders was a giant Beer Keg! :D
