My badges were not available after playing the tournament. Even though it started the adventure until your pop up pops you don’t get them. .

The badges come from the Fellowship Adventure. If you started the tournament the moment it began, but hadn't joined the fellowship before the adventure began, it may be the tournament badges earned are not allowed as you didn't join early enough to qualify. Just a guess. Further details would be needed to turn this into something greater than a shot in the dark.

The FA started before the tournament, so if you are able to participate in the FA, you should have made badges with your tournament play. Are you clicking on the FA quest icon and manually collecting your badges before trying to use them on the FA map?
