I'm not gonna wait a day to try to get lucky enough to get 3 troop instants by random draw. But if I do get some, I'll be happy.

So? Write Support at that point and ask for the quest to be moved along. I of course have ALL the instants I've won except when I get a quest. I think I've used a Ranger and they worked.
