From the rather damp, flooded State of Texas, Canadian by birth.

Are there any suggested layout plans for maximizing efficiency and planned out zoning for future upgrading?

And the price for upgrading to the "Premium" shows a #7 in the box.
If I was to purchase it, do I get all 7 expansions, or is that the price for each expansion?

You get one expansion. The price increases each time you buy an expansion.
