FS member is locked out of event quest

The player is TheOVas, and he submitted a support ticket within the last half hour. Our FS is Nightowls2 in Arendyll.

He tried to register for the forum to post, and couldn't get in.

What quest # is he on? He may have reached the locked daily quests. The next quest for tonight is #70.

And if that is what likely happened
They should see a time such as "5:30" on the task button letting them know when it will become available.
At least that is true on browser, not sure about app.

Well if it's been three days it isn't what we were talking about.
So the ball is in support's court
