When two people have the whirlpool open and add badges, the second player gets kicked out.

(in all lines, irrelevant means it happens to all players every time)

Reproduction Steps
1. __ Two people open the same group of badges ni the whirlpool
2. __ One adds 1-3 badges to a spot
3. __ The second one adds 1-3 badges to the same spot and is kicked out of the game
