Game not loading

Both my husband & our niece are getting "sorry an internal error occurred. Please try again later." when they try to open their game. All they can get on mobile is the something went wrong message. Oddly enough mine seems to be working fine. All 3 accounts are on both US5 & US2 servers. Obviously they cannot put in a support ticket if they cannot get into the game. Not sure what to tell them to do.

One of our accounts is having the same issue. Funny, the account that is having the issue is on US0, that email has a regular city account and a beta city account. Beta loaded just fine, but not the regular city. Sounds like the exact same problem. The person who uses that account logged on earlier today and didn't have any problems.

There is a discussion on the Discussion forum so it is not isolated to any one apparent cause. Hope they fix it soon!

Obviously they cannot put in a support ticket if they cannot get into the game. Not sure what to tell them to do.
