Game not loading

I been trying all morning to load game it is stuck on 18/24 - i cleaned out cache deleted history files rebooted pc then try load game and it gets to 18 and won't go any further

Connectivity is the most common problem when you have those symptoms.

Use http://www.speedtest.net/ to test your last mile, and if that works test a hop into Miami.

If you are using a router, unplug that for a minute to reset it and try again. Failing that, call your ISP, it may be that they can do something on their end. Quite often they have problems that result in a switch getting thrown that creates a problem.
