Yes other peple have been having this problem there are a few others threads/posts about it in the bug secction and also in QUestions and help.

I posted to the thread above as well; but, thought I would quote what I wrote here.

I use Firefox. I was running into the same problem loading, getting stuck at 24 of 28 modules. Tested against M$ Edge (ick) and it worked.

I figured I would Clear my Data for the Elvenar sites on Firefox. That didn't seem to work. However, I was able to Open a New Private Window on Firefox to the site, and that worked. So, it probably does somehow tie-back to maybe another site that I missed in my clearing - since I didn't clear all, just hit the major elvenar.com sites. I just didn't want to clear all my cookies and data to find the culprit causing it...yet.

This just started happening for me yesterday evening. I normally use Vivaldi at home (chrome based browser) and it's fine. Wouldn't load last night, Server Error and then just stuck. Didn't work in private window, or in Firefox. Worked today on Chrome at work, but tried on Chrome at home, and it loaded once (took forever) but the animations were super slow and since nothing was ready yet I closed it to wait until time for visits. Went back in and Server Error again, including in the incognito window. So the only way I can play is on mobile, which is a problem as I don't have wifi at home.

I do hope they delay the drop of the next event, since playing is difficult to impossible for many players.

Same, I've tried updating video card drivers and such, clearing out history cache - works just fine on my iPad but can't open on my PC. Using chrome but opens using IE (sadly) without problems...

From my reading of the announcement about this issue, it is a result of recent updates to Chromium-based browsers, not something that Inno did or has any control over. Here's a link to the announcement:

Also, our community manager @Nightguest posted in the thread about this located in the Questions & Help section with details about how he is trying to help find a solution. He needs help from players who are experiencing this issue as well. You can find his post here:
