@Valanarya The easiest and quickest way is to log out to the title screen. There will be a section saying "worlds you have already played in" which will list the world your current city is in. You current world will be in green. Under this will be a list of the other worlds in red. If you ever want to start a 2nd city, you can click on 1 of these. A single account is allowed 1 city in each world.

If you're playing on the browser, on the login screen, the little dropdown menu with the flags tells you which "Market" you're playing in.
If you're able to successfully log in with your credentials, you've got the right market.
Afterwards, you'll be asked to select which world you want to play in. Worlds in which you've logged into played in will be listed in green. The more worlds you start a city in, the more that list will contain.
Something roughly similar applies to mobile app users as well.

If you are not on mobile, then your browser has the answer to almost everything, without logging out. The url where you are playing always contains the server set (language) and world number as in:
us1 . elvenar . com / game
us2 . elvenar . com / game
us3 . elvenar . com / game
etc. to #8 (note some smaller language groups may not have all 8 worlds available.
Those 8 world names are:
Arendyll
Winyandor
Felyndral
Khelonaar
Elcysandir
Sinya Arda
Ceravyn
Harandar
If you forget them, go to the front page of the forum here and there is a sub-forum for each world, listed in order of the numbers above (as those are the order in which the worlds came online)
So if you are on us7.elvenar.com, you are on U.S. English servers in world Ceravyn. If you are on en3.elvenar.com you are on the international English servers on world Felyndral.
