Goods given instead of hammers when doing outside rounds

I just noticed that instead of getting hammers when I do rounds outside my fellowship, I am getting a little wooden crate, which indicates goods. What goods? Why no hammers?

You have the Great Bell Spire ancient wonder. My understanding is that AW gives goods as well as supplies. Hope this helps?
