Is there a way to make your goods production faster?.. Is there a specific item or Ancient Wonder needed??.

As far as I know the answer is no. There is nothing that speeds up goods production except speed-ups.
The Magical Manufacturing enchantment provides a 50% boost to production. There are pets and wonders that will improve the effect of the MM enchantment(Storm Phoenix, Aureate Phoenix, Mountain Halls, Elvarian Trade Center), but aside from speed-ups nothing to speed up production.

MH increases goods production but the time always remains the same

Nothing will change the production times (3hr, 9hr, 1 day, 2 day), but there are lots of things you can do to produce more in the same amount of time. Some are described above.
If you are not at max 700% boost yet, you can gain relics.
In addition to using Magical Manufactoring enchantments, you can feed a Storm Phoenix (if you have one) and further boost that enchantment.
This would be a good combination in which to use timers, to get the most out of the short feeding duration.
You can also put out event or evolving buildings that offer goods, as those collections will count toward the quests, as well.
