How about instead of just having a Wiki, there is a place on map, kind of like the Spire, that you can click on, that is a Mother City or something like that (where you came from when before you founded your city). And when you go to it, it shows a map of the city, and you can click on buildings and then talk to NPCs. There would be a list of questions you could ask (like a FAQs) and they would tell you this and that, all info to give you advice and knowledge that is helpful for doing well in Elvenar. Perhaps there would be a warrior's guild where you could learn more about tactics for tournaments or map expansion, even including tutorials in various formats.
And you could even have a public square that could function as a sort of player chatroom or a chat to speak to the Elvenar team.
And there could be an event center where NPCs would be to help with the current event (or upcoming).
And besides good game help, it could also have pure story elements to build the lore of Elvenar. Perhaps a history museum with exhibits that tell of its history, myths, and lore. Or a Mother Goose style NPC that tells you stories.
But don't get me wrong, the Wiki is great and some people are going to prefer that format.
