We'll only know the official answer when we get the announcement/countdown icon in-game. Thursday is the consensus of those of us trying out our clairvoyance abilities, lol!
The consensus was arrived at by looking at how things have worked in the past, so there's that, lol! I really think Thursday is the best guess until the game proves otherwise.
