Depends on what chapter it is tied to (meaning what benefits it will give you) if it's tied to a higher chapter it might be worth keeping. Generally speaking it's not all that great of a summoning building, if it was you probably would have already built it by now. I would say it's probably good for spell fragments but not knowing what specific benefits it will give you if built it's really hard to give you a good answer.
