Help on how to set up the recruiting members

I have made a Fellowship and posted it. But I'm I don't know how o get the highlighted button that says recruiting. Can someone help me with this? Also as an Archmage are some tips for running a Fellowship. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The tab for Recruitment is under Aspirants. If they have applied to you, there will be a blue arrow.

I think he means the tags on the forum. If you edit your thread, there should be a drop down next to where you enter Thread Title. Then select Recruiting.

Play around with all the group events like tourney, Spire, and FA. See which of those you like or don't like. Decide if you prefer the game at a casual pace or a more active pace. Then vet incoming players to make sure they fit your ideals. It's best for cohesion and morale if you don't mix competitive and casual players together. The competitive players will resent the casual players for being lazy mooches and the casual players will resent the competitive players for turning the game into a job. Also recommend you mix up the roster with some big and small cities. This is advantageous for FA and having guidance in the FS. Good luck!
