@Sadiebug2 No, there is no way to switch a city from elvish to human or vice versa once it is established. However if you are not happy with whichever race you are playing, what you can do is establish a brand new city in one of the other Elvenar worlds. Each account is allowed 1 city in each of the 8 worlds.
