Click the current picture of your avatar, then more pictures will pop up that you can choose from.. You only start with a few choices and as you progress thru the game more avatars will unlock..

@Aimi4 If you mean in the game... Gath of Baal told you how.
But in the Forum... if you have a favorite picture stored in your computer you want to use then click on the small pic in the bottom right corner of your screen( in the forum) and go to "Avatar" It will tell you what to do from there.
Ask again if you still need help.
