Just click on the $ icon and then click on the trail to sell them. The plain dirt ones won't give you back anything, but higher level trails may.

You can also put a different type of road section right on top of it if you want to upgrade your road.

I’m in the Constructs chapter and so far selling any type of road/trail gives you nada.

I’m in the Constructs chapter and so far selling any type of road/trail gives you nada.

Don't count on any refunds for selling streets. It's why you can overbuild them directly. At least till chapter 20, I got not at all.
