How to make a spoiler and take an image from the web.

I have tried to make spoilers with pic. from the web and have been unsuccessful. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I also tried taking a pic from the web, but then it says img. in a box. Any Ideas?

I can make them, and can upload a pic from the pc. But getting an image from the web is a different story. Thanks for the link!

Thanks! it worked, but I couldn't get the one from the web, so I snipped it, (with this cool little tool on my pc.) and then uploaded it.
