You join a fellowship strong enough to score 10 chests, as often as you will need blueprints.
Perhaps take a look at fellowships you are considering on ElvenStats. URL is same as name.

The only way to get a blueprint is in tournament chest #10. So even in a great fellowship, you will only get 1 blueprint a week. You can substitute 300 diamonds for a blueprint in any recipe.
