Hi, I am new to Elevenar and I can't seem to find a link to upload an image for my profile pic. Can someone please enlighten me..?

I'm assuming you're talking about the forums. Hovering over your name at the top right should reveal various sub-menus, one of which is called "Avatar". Click it to change your profile picture.
If you're talking about the game, Elvenar offers plenty of avatars to choose from but unfortunately you cannot upload an image of your own.
