Current situation: Displays the connection needed section of any Manifestation build menu tooltip as "Any Canal connected to the %(targetName)s". (Note round braces!)
Expected Situation: That should probably say "Any Canal connected to the Portal of the Elements"?
Reproduction Steps:
a) go to the settlement section of the build menu
b) hover mouse over any manifestation

I non-exhaustively checked other settlement building tooltips in other chapters, anecdotally only the manifestations in the elementals chapter appear to be affected.
