How do I increase culture without buying more land.

What iamth said. Be constantly on watch for buildings that become obsolete as you advance.
Also
Hang in there. Some of these things might be tough when you are new.
But in the not too distant future you will reach a point where you realize you no longer give culture and population any thought.

Most of the buildings from the build menu are pretty crappy in terms of culture per tile efficiency. The ones from events are much better. There are some cool looking buildings in the culture tab that sadly, I won’t ever build bc space is always tight! I wish they’d buff the stats of those buildings but I think they only have nerf guns in the office.

Don't be silly. They also have nerf catapults, nerf slingshots, nerf bows and nerf teleports - able to deliver nerfs anywhere, any time with no notice.

If you are in Winy ( only found 1 Diva in Elvenar ), then
I add'd (2) Lava Codex IV because I deleted about 600 culture of roads.
@iamthouth , is right, your city has efficiency tweaks possible. I was able
to get almost 1 full expansion of space. You should use ElvenArchitect and
see if you can tweak your city periodically.
After that, I suggest learning Spire to Boss-2. Winning free MagicResidences
and MagicWorkshops will drastically reduce your footprint, and open up space.
Also perhaps a few combo event bldgs that give both culture & population.
I also left some 2x1 or 3x1 that you can stick more culture in.
( you also didn't have all the moonestone together, I fix'd that )
