This is a direct quote from the release notes for the update currently available on google play.

There is no indication that this is only valid for the European Market. This feature is not working in the Americas.

I am not the one who is going to get snowballed with tickets from players, maybe whoever wrote this should apologize to support....or maybe support should just forward the tickets to whoever released this.

Give support a “Reply All” button that automatically CC everyone on staff. It will be a few unproductive days, but then maybe a lot of fast track changes afterwards

yeahhhhh no that's not how it works. Back in the day, the F10 button on every keyboard was worn and shiny from use. F10=delete I'm pretty sure that habit has not changed

You would be surprised how few players actually read the release notes.
