While some of the AW's produce troops, in my experience they don't produce enough to really participate in tournaments and the Spire. I keep my military production buildings constantly humming because if I didn't the AW's I have could never produce enough for my needs. So I'd advise keeping it.

I play exclusively on mobile. Which means auto-battle. Auto-battle is really not comparable to manual battle. It will forever put me at a military disadvantage. My tournament participation and spire participation will rely on my goods production capabilities.
So if any manufacturing trade gods could step in with poiters, that would be nice.
