Is it still possible to obtain a second Mermaids Paradise?

I only got one Mermaids Paradise during the event. Now I'm wondering.. is it possible to obtain a second evolving building after the event is over? Seems like the Magic Academy only gives you evolving buildings that you not yet have.

Also, it looks like the Gingerbread Mansion is just like Mermaids Paradise but for T2 goods. How useful is it? Past Chapter 9, Is it enough to replace a T2 manufactory?

You will not be offered the recipe for any evolving building you already have (whether built or sitting in inventory). If you have enough artifacts to level one fully, you could destroy the one you have, then eventually you will get offered the chance to craft another at your current level.
