Is your Quest Giver Vanishing?

Over the last couple of days, I'll finish a quest the next one doesn't appear, regardless of how long I wait.

If I switch to another screen, (world map or research), the second quest (usually the mainline one) that was there also disappears.

They don't come back until I reload my browser.

Before I file a bug, anyone else experiencing this, or is just me?

Not specifically the same thing but I have had the travelers merchant disappear and come back after refresh. The whole game seems much slower and I do dump my history and cookies daily.

They've replied it's a known bug to one of my FS members. After cycling some quests, it may just go away until you refresh.
