Open | In progress It does not look like feeding Twilight Phoenix is replenishing my troops

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: Spire

I have fed my Twilight Phoenix in 4 different cities and all show the feeding effect is active. When I fight a battle, there are no signs that the feeding effect for replenishing troops after fighting is occurring. There is no longer green colored print, nor does is the number of troops increasing after the battle losses are shown. I do see the numbers DECREASE but no rebound from the Twilight feeding.

This is in all of my 4 cities.

Now it does look like it is increasing sometimes but there is still no indication that the feeding effect is occurring even when it does look like it is happening by the number count.

I noticed it as well, but it was only a couple of times. Nothing I could replicate reliably enough to file a report. I add this as corroboration only.
