Joining a New Fellowship

I have a player who would like to join my fellowship, but is being forced to wait until tomorrow to do so. Is this a new restriction, or has it always been like that?

Not a complaint, really, just wondering.

I think it has been around but I thought if you have been in one for a period of time you didnt have that wait time.

Per the Wiki, and the restriction is mostly there to inhibit the itinerant traders and other forms of fellowship hopping.

You will not be able to join a Fellowship when:
  • The Fellowship is not accepting applications;
  • The Fellowship is full;
  • You are a part of a Fellowship already;
  • You have joined and left another Fellowship within the last 24 hours; <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< this
