There is a cool down period when you leave a fellowship before you can join another one. Sometimes it's more than 24 hours. Contact support and see if there's anything they can do to help you out. Maybe have the new fellowship send you another invite?

Check the other fellowship and make sure it did not fill up while you were waiting. I do not remember if outstanding invites disappear or not when a fellowship becomes full, but there is a limit of 25 members.
