Keeping Dwarven Mines and Foundries??

After finishing Chapter 6 and starting Chapter 7, is there any reason to keep the copper foundries and granite mines or can I sell them to create space for the upcoming chapter 7 requirements? - thank for any guidance

I think the only quest you get is to sell the dwarf portal.. I would fill up on granite and copper before you sell them, so you can upgrade your roads if you already haven't done that yet.. but other then that, there is no reason to keep them, unless you just like how they look..
