We like to have at least one of our members move to a different fellowship during the Fellowship Adventures. They usually bring back new ideas and tips and that's improved our performance over time, greatly. But of course, that means we are "down" one member for the next FA. If you'd like to come for a short FA Vacation and see how we do it (we finished 10th last FA), and bring your own ideas/suggestions do let me know. If you are a solo player and would like the experience, that too is okay.
