KINDA SORTA MATH ... Not trying for Gold but, I am 50 points from Gold, which is 25 of the 45 currency options (that give 2 points each), or 1,125 currency behind the lowest 1% player, at least. I assume the vast majority of 1% players got there by luck
This makes sense. My cities won 200 vs 1300 so for the luckiest 1% to be 1,125 luckier than you seems reasonable. There are for sure others with average or even bad luck in there though, people are crazy with money.

i'm not understanding the math behind some worlds having higher Gold level than my world, while having lower Silver level than my world.

Do elves have different meanings of the word "percentage" depending on which world they reside in?

Yet another reason humans need to revolt and rename all worlds Humanar !!

Imagine 1,000 players
In world A
the top 1% has 10 players who each have a score of 330 or higher
the next 40 players have scores ranging from 200 to 220
A world would be silver 200 Gold 330

In world B
The top 1% has 10 players who each have a score of 450 or higher
The next 40 have scores from 100 to 140
B world would have silver 100 Gold 450

The gap between Gold And Silver is determined by just 2 scores, player #10 and player #50

Imagine 1,000 players in their underwear

Yeah, I thought it was 1% meaning the actual points people had reached, but since it's people, math makes sense... I blame my gf keeping me up late with insane happy rants about her new iphone 12 mini's phone background and 50+ app icons she changed... all in anime theme. Sorry but that talk plus midnight sort of makes my brain go to mush.... therefore... i still have a 100% track record for always being right.... she made me wrong... i blame her !

Just like that old song Margaritaville... "Some people claim that there's a woman to blame..." ... i forget the rest of the lyrics but it feels best to stop right there.

ANYWAY.........

" Elcysandir ... Silver 240 ... Gold 320 "

80 point difference.... just 1800 currency at "45 cost" per 2 points.

AN EVEN BIGGER JOKE THAN MY GF'S ANIME THEMED PHONE

interesting for no matter the age of the server nor populations that exist the spread 297-327 or 30 is really very small, and by that we can infer that the same number of active players or just a statistical fluke? I wonder as the 1% spread has been pretty constant since the thread started

I'm more interested in the final cut for Bronze...
Personally, top 20% should be getting the full set,
but they wont.... no way that will reach 260.....

Bronze on Elcy is at 172 and on Harander it is at 161 @BrinDarby I agree if 260 doesnt drop into Amateur that is really bad.

Oh Wise One
I agree if 260 doesnt drop into Amateur that is really bad.

On the smaller Beta server, it required 285 to finish in Bronze and 154 for Amateur. With the reduced amount of knowledge awarded on Live, Bronze will take a bit less than 285, maybe right around the 260 needed for a complete set. Maybe even less than 260, especially since not a single US server has hit 260 yet for Silver.

Gonna add Amateur and Bronze numbers final 24 hours... just to see how it all went...

Long read...

I got lucky currency today so I'll get Silver for sure...

BUT i can't help but hate how hard the Silver is to get for everyone.

We used to get top rewards (albeit less rewards) for doing all quests, with the only question being would you have to wait a month to top off your artifacts.

NOW League happens... and although League is just added prizes and that's good, it's still taking an event type that used to give top tier loot for all quests done, and turning it in to something where no fault of your own, Bronze "third place" is shoved in your face regardless of you doing all quests and not gambling your currency away.

Third place, is not fun. Silver should not be such a struggle.

Bronze feels right at 20% as even gamblers will still get bronze if they fail their gambles but do all quests.
Gold feels right at 1%... hail Mary go for broke gamble and risk dropping to Bronze, or you have no shot at gold (besides $$$). That's ok to have that level of prize.
Silver however, feels WAY too tight. Legit good players who did all quests, gambled little but still will fail hard and get Bronze third place prize... should not be a thing in this game.

INNO has added serious "out of their hands, third place" disappointment to a lot of players' game.

A guess... but I feel Silver should be Top 7% or so...

And perhaps all Worlds should be considered in the same League, so no player has to be penalized because their World is more active than another. And no one should be having an easier time at rewards either, just because their would has less "Top Tiers" active players.

The end.

The problem isn't how hard Silver is to get, cause it shud be ..
The problem is % of ppl complete'n all tasks, that don't get
the full set. By the numbers , you really want to see Bronze
at about 250+ ... so you know most of that 20% finished the
full set, right now Silver isn't even @ 260 with less than 4 days,
and Bronze is hovering in the 165ish range.

If someone finished all tasks, and gets the full set, then even if
they end up Amateur, ohh well no big loss, but to see perhaps
10% hit 260 , thats horrible if that happens.

I've been looking but can't find any reference to it. Do you only get the prizes from the league you finish in or that league PLUS all the lower leagues you passed through to get to the league you finished in. Like if you end in silver do you get the rewards from Silver, Bronze, Amateur, and Hobby or do you ONLY get those from Silver? Seems if the prizes are different you should get those of the lower levels also.
