Logging in on my laptop

Good afternoon all.

I log in at home on my desktop computer and I go out and about and have logged in on another desktop elsewhere, however when I try logging in on my new laptop and use my current login name VanIsleGirl and password it has been saying that it does not recognize that login name. Same everything as well email , then I did a registering on it and it accepted my registration and set me up to a different game world. I received an email asking for me to confirm my email( same as the one I currently use for Felyndral. I don't want a second account I only want to have the one city and use that one only.

Okay, I've logged between my personal and occasionally work laptop or desktop and haven't had issues.
1) Can you double check that the account is logged out from the laptop?
2) Delete history and caches from the desktop
3) try logging in again to the desktop.


Other information that is helpful to determine what potential issue causes are and be sure to include it for each machine:
Game version: __ (right click ingame, click the version number to copy it, paste here)

Humans or Elves: __
Hardware Acceleration: ON/OFF

On the login page, at the top of the screen, your can select your regional server. https://us.elvenar.com/ for example

When you click Play and select a world, then your browser URL will change to https://us1.elvenar.com/game for example

It's pretty easy to miss unless you're watching for it, so I suspect that your laptop just defaulted to a different region, without you realizing it.

This happened to me. For some odd reason, the laptop I tried to log in on was selecting the UK server automatically.
