Yep, support is great here. I use (and sometimes even accidentally abuse) it and find their responses wonderfully quick and usually correct the first time.

While you are in the game (not the forum) go to that little round nut thingy at the bottom right. Then click on the "?" question mark. You can file a ticket from there.
