Lost Diamonds

I was upgrading my steel manufactury, I needed population so I puchased some diamonds to upgrade. The upgrade was 170 population for 320 diamonds - I got an error, and the game reset. This happened 2 more times, it wasn't until the 3rd time that I got docked 960 diamonds, and I still don't have an upgraded population or steel manufactory.

I'd like my diamonds back please
