Dear Humans and Elves,
Please let us introduce to you: Tandulien! He is a travelling bard, coming to your city on February 2nd, telling the most famous stories of the old world. This year he will tell you a romantic story about the encounter of Burukbrak, the Horse-Beater, son of Wumanok, the Dragon-Eater, and Gaelagil Riverrun, princess of the Woodelves of the untouched Forest. Various actors will help Tandulien tell his story, if you manage to provide them with the supplies they need by fulfilling some quests!
After the story is completed, Tandulien won't leave your city with nothing. Instead, he will reward you with Gealagil's Balcony (a special event building which provides both culture and population) and Burubrak's Bridge of Love (a special event building which provides additional culture). All the more reason to make sure you hear the whole story! You will be able to reveal the whole story until February 14th.
