This issue is specifically on the mobile app only.
After I upgraded my level 27 Planks to 28 in the new chapter, the building is "invisible," not physically there, just a 5x5 hole in my city. I can click on the space as if it were there, produce and collect planks etc., but I just can't see it.
Moving the "ghost building" did not help, nor has upgrading it to level 29.
I contacted Support and followed their instructions: deleting app, clearing cache, updating phone, reinstalling app. But this did not help either.
I'm unable to include a screenshot of where the building should be--it keeps saying "file too large," but I did provide it in my Customer Support ticket.
