Are you struggling in a small fellowship or in an FS with inactive members? 
We just did some house cleaning at The Trade Guild (bye bye inactives) and we have 7~9 slots available.
There is so much more that you can do in an FS with a full complement of active players!
There are far too many fellowships in Elvenar, which creates real inefficiencies.
