Magic academy and Stonehenge

I processed my storm phoenix into a spell fragment. Now it comes to me again as an option in magic academy. Does that mean Stonhenge will also appear if I process it into spell fragments. That would mean I can get it in an upgraded version. Because now I'm in a higher level

Yes, all evolving buildings will show up for crafting in the MA if and only if you don't already have one either placed or in your inventory. So yes, you can get an upgraded version, assuming you kept the artifacts in the inventory.

Yes. Any of the evolving buildings can appear as recipes in your crafting window, as long as you don't already have one in your inventory or placed in your city.

The magic academy has two tabs, one for making spells, and another for crafting from recipes.
