How come we are unable to sell the magic academy? Everything else we put up we can sell but for some reason not that one. What if we put it up to see what it was all about and then decided at this point in time we do not want it?

It looks like I can sell my barracks. It shows I'd get people and $ back. My question is whether it's a good idea or not. I don't train or fight anymore - couldn't stand loosing. :)
